We Are One Body Transcript

Liz: In the previous episode, we talked about Source Light, and how accessing Source Light allows us to raise our vibration, and the more we connect and the higher vibration becomes, the more expanded we become, and the more expanded we become, the more empowered we are. And the more empowered we are, the greater we realize our potential to be, and the greater our potential, the more we can begin to access and realize our purpose. The source of our trauma and our issues occurs on a soul level.

That's what we have brought into this lifetime. That is what we carry. So those issues will play out through our karmic themes, and we can spend a lot of time dealing with those stories, if you will, and that's what we discussed in the previous season. How do we understand those stories? How do those stories play out in our everyday lives? How can we use those stories to heal? We can use those stories to heal our mental body where we're resisting, if you will, and then in your manner, like through your mental body, you are constantly resisting your story, or rewriting in a way to make it less painful.

For some, they'll really respond on the emotional level and they're just going to feel at all, and they're going to feel really terrible all the time. So often the last body to really manifest the issues, the physical one, because we can spend a lot of time, like you rewriting our stories in our minds. We can spend a lot of time denying our feelings, but we only really pay attention when our bodies begin to break down. That's your wake-up call. And in order to really heal on that spiritual level, we have to be able to access it through the emotional body. Once we've healed a lot of our issues within those bodies, and we're vibrating at a higher level and we're feeling like true light beings, we're so much lighter, everything's great. I'm living my purpose. I'm really understanding my relationships feel pretty solid. We're never here to coast, even when things are going well. It's not about the other shoe dropping; it's more like just understanding that everything that occurs really is for our evolution. So, if there's something I need to learn, I'm going to learn it. And it might hit me over the head because I wasn't paying attention, but it doesn't mean that I can't deal with it. And we're very wired for that. So whatever challenge comes your way, once you've done the really heavy work, you're much more capable without it killing you.

Rhea: Does this shit get harder, bigger?

Liz: All the issues can seem bigger, but it will not get harder.

Rhea: But is it generally easier or is it generally harder?

Liz: Easier to work through because you've built up that muscle.

Rhea: So basically, once you deal with the issues you've been putting off, when new issues come, you just know what you're doing?

Liz: Yeah.

Rhea: And because life is not issueless, you're always going to be doing them but you'll just be getting a lot better at dealing with them, and you'll find them either burning out faster, becoming clearer, or they're just not as consuming.

Liz: In part because in Fifth Dimensional Oneness Consciousness, your issue is the issue of the collective, as in it's no longer about me. It's about how this is impacting other people

Rhea: Which makes this a lot easier to do because everything when it's not so personal, it's more of a problem to be solved, not a way to further disassociate from yourself

Liz: But it will feel personal enough because you'll be passionate about it and because it's connected to your purpose, and so will never cease to not be personal.

Rhea: Okay

Liz: Right. It just won't hurt and be that personal, yet it will always be personal

Rhea: Because you care, not because it's your worth.

Liz: Once we've healed everything within those bodies, we start to look at what am I carrying in my other bodies. They don't go into the discussion today, but they still need to be mentioned because we get to go even lighter than those subtle bodies. And that is our Point of Essence. Our Point of Essence is where - and this is the important phrasing because it cannot be said any other way – “Where I and God are One”. Now this is not quite Oneness Consciousness; it is even higher than that and it's even more powerful than that. Because that is where we exist entirely and wholly and completely and utterly within our Godselves.

Rhea: Funnily enough, oneness consciousness and this shit seems very simple. It was all my shit that felt very difficult.

Liz: I like that!

Rhea: Look identical twins for example. They are genetically and physically and DNA and all of that they are the exactly same person, but they are not. What makes them different? What is that thing that makes them different? They are two different souls, right? And I think that's a really important thing because that is irrefutable. Otherwise they'd have the same personality. They would have the same experiences. That's what makes them different, right? Because everything else about them is the same. Scientifically identical. So where does this all come from? What is this soul, right? What is this thing in them that is different?

Liz: Yeah.

Rhea: Well, what it is - an expression of something much higher,

Liz: Beautiful

Rhea: But it's an expression of something much higher, and if we're all being expressed from that same one thing that's higher; we will have the same Point of Essence. We all come from the same place. We're all just different expressions of that place. When I talk about Oneness Consciousness, what we're saying is we are all one. So if you had been born with the same experiences, with the same fears with the same everything, you would react exactly the same way. You can understand how someone else is doing what they're doing, because of everything that's happened to them thus far.

Liz: Right. And that is compassion and that is enabled by compassion, and it's understanding that we are all connected.

Rhea: Exactly, yes. Because we would have all had that experience. And then that way we can connect to the other person. That's Oneness Consciousness. The reason why this takes it a step further . . .

Liz: It takes a few steps further.

Rhea: Yeah. Is that it's saying we might will be one with each other but we all come from the same place. Yes. And you know that even biologically, we all come from the same place. One egg meets one sperm—whether it's in a lab, in a body—however you come into this world, we're all coming from the same place. But what is that special chemical reaction life force? Where does that come from? Well, there's just one force and that comes from one place, and we are all expressions of that place. So, whilst we are all connected to each other, we are connected to each other, but we're all also individually connected to something much bigger, whatever that might be.

Liz: However you want to define it.

Rhea: Scientifically, spiritually, emotionally doesn't matter. Our consciousness, the fact that we are animated, the fact that we are not just bones, muscles and our physical DNA, we are animated from one place. That is why identical twins will be different. There are no two people alive will ever be the same, but why on some level, we are all the same.

Liz: It is so dense here on this earth plane. We are swimming in so much karmic shit, that it is so hard to grasp. Why have we set up our lives in this way? It just doesn't make sense. Why are we all choosing to live for that carrot 10 years from now? It just doesn't make sense to so many people. They have the memory of something different, something far more interesting than that sort of dissonance. When you land here, it's jarring.

Rhea: But why do we do it then?

Liz: We do it for the sake of consciousness, because you cannot achieve a level of consciousness sometimes unless you've experienced the opposite. So, we're coming into Oneness Consciousness through polarity, because that makes it much more intentional than just landing here and saying, well, we all really know what we're doing here. Let's just go do it. It does not work with where we are now, with the level of density among which we live that we can just sort of decide, well, I'm going to meditate every day, and I'm going to go connect to my Point of Essence. We're not there so it doesn't work.

You can't live in your point of essence all the time. You're here! You've got your souls, and you've got to go and express them and go live your purpose. The nice thing is that as we raise our vibration, we can start to look at it a bit more. And the reason why it's worth having an episode about Point of essence and stuff is because we are going to end up talking about purpose by Episode 16. Point of Essence is effectively our own Source Light. It's a place of complete oneness where you do not experience separation in any form. There are absolutely no barriers, so that is where I and God are one.

Rhea: Once you could see that we all come from the same place, that we are animated, that we are alive from that same place, whatever that may be or whatever you think it is, you stop feeling that you could be a mistake. You can also see how there is no separation between any of us.

Liz: No

Rhea: And there is no separation between us in that place. We are all it in different bodies, on different worlds.

Liz: Exactly. So, the moment we come into soul, we begin to express through soul is the moment we begin separation, but you still carry the light of Source within you, which is why the Point of Essence is still like your own Source Light.

Rhea: You go to university; you learn all these things. You're in a classroom all together, learning the same thing, then you graduate and you all apply that learning differently. One person becomes a lawyer, one person changes the law, one person just uses it for their business. One person just whips it out every time someone bangs into that car. They're still carrying that knowledge. They're still carrying what they all learned as a collective, but they're expressing it in different ways. So if you imagine this - you are in part, whatever this is that animates you, but you also are your body, your physical DNA, your soul's blueprint, which is your purpose for actually even doing this in the first place, all the other bodies. You are the bodies that you rely on more—mental, in my case—or emotional in someone else's, and all of those little factors together make a unique you, so even though we all maybe come from the same place, it's all the other factors around it that make us individual.

Liz: Yes.

Rhea: But that thread remains within us all. Even though we might look different, we might believe different things, we might experience different things, that's all important and on purpose.

Liz: Certainly, very valid.

Rhea: Yeah, but ultimately that thread is within us all. It's why we are even animated as humans in the first place.

Liz: We've put so much emphasis because we lived in body for so long, and our memories retain that, that we've been focusing so much on the soul to really get us out of our bodies and to really understand Hey, you know, I'm a bit more than this. And there's a reason I am all this because I have the soul and it's informed of this. I have this past life and this trauma, whatever but we are going to take it another step or 10 further to say that even that does not matter so much, because there's still something else, and the sooner we can operate and have that understanding from our souls . . .

Rhea: That we are all just expressions and everything we do is totally and perfectly okay.

Liz: And the sooner we can heal it all and that people won't actually have to hurt themselves in order to get there.
