“A situationship is like an extra marital affair without the marriage.”Afraid of Commitment: Situationships have become some of the most common types of relationships of our time. While they appear to be the solution or middle ground for those who don’t have the time or wherewithal to commit to a relationship, they’re emblematic of our fears around commitment. If we find ourselves in a situationship that we really don’t want to be in, we need to confront our fears that keep us from asking for what we want.
